# 1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We strictly utilize Express International Air Freight to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. 

* Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (picking, packing, and quality control inspection).
* Transit Time (Australia): 3–5 business days via Express Courier.
* Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the moment you place your order.

*Note: Deliveries to remote or regional areas in Australia may occasionally take an additional 1–2 business days.

# 2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping rates are calculated on a per-order basis at checkout:

* Orders under AUD $250: Express Delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on order destination and weight.
* FREE Express Shipping (Orders AUD $250+): We offer FREE Express Delivery on all orders valued at AUD $250 or more (calculated after any applied discounts or promotion codes).

# 3. Order Tracking & Status Updates
Once your order is packed and dispatched from our South Korean facility:
1. You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and direct tracking link.
2. Tracking information usually activates within 24–48 hours after dispatch as the parcel scans through the international express network.

# 4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (Australia)
* Under AUD $1,000 Threshold: Under Australian customs regulations, low-value imported goods (valued under AUD $1,000) generally do not attract additional customs duties or import processing fees at the border for personal consumption.
* Accuracy of Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address (including unit numbers and postcodes). kmetics.com cannot be held liable for delayed or undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect address information provided during checkout.

# 5. Delays Beyond Our Control
While our express logistics network delivers within 3–5 business days in most cases, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, airline schedule adjustments, or peak holiday customs clearance volumes. If your tracking status does not update for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team immediately.
