Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using kmetics.com. By visiting our website or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

# 1. Ownership & Governing Jurisdiction
This website, business operations (operating under an Australian Business Number - ABN), and agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

# 2. Accuracy of Product Information & Pricing
We endeavor to display accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, and pricing for all K-Beauty items. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on kmetics.com is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 

If an order is cancelled prior to shipment due to pricing errors or unexpected inventory depletion from our fulfillment partner in South Korea, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

# 3. Product Usage & Skincare Safety Disclaimer
kmetics.com curates and distributes authentic K-Beauty skincare and cosmetic products sourced directly from South Korea via our partner Hypercape. 

* Individual Skin Sensitivity: Every individual's skin is unique and may react differently to specific cosmetic ingredients, botanical extracts, or formulations. We strongly recommend performing a "patch test" on a small area of skin before full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
* Ingredient Responsibility: Customers are encouraged to review the full ingredient list provided on the product packaging/description prior to purchase, especially if you have known allergies or medical skin conditions.

# 4. International Fulfillment & Importation
By placing an order on kmetics.com, you acknowledge that your products will be dispatched and imported directly from our fulfillment partner's facilities in South Korea. Transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported cosmetics comply with personal importation guidelines within Australia.

# 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Australian legislation, kmetics.com, its operators, or directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through our store, or from minor individual skin sensitivities to genuine cosmetic formulations.
